  The technician from Royal Comfort was very nice very professional and courteous! Definitely an awesome company would not choose anyone else everyone in the office is extremely nice and friendly. Also have best prices around they work with you to give you the best services. Definitely Royal comfort is my first choice for my HVAC system! Highly recommend them

  Air conditioning is a big investment, so I did my research. These guys at Royal Comfort not only offered the most reasonable price, but were also the most genuine in understanding what our home needed and they were clear about our options. There was no hard sell, but honest explanation of the work needed. Installation was smooth. They were recommended by a friend to us, and we’ve recommended them to neighbors since. Going with them is a no brainer.

  Great detail and excellent work .. very efficient and honest in explaining how the system works .. the installation was clean and precise .. management is well knowledgeable and polite.. Robert and his team deserve 5 stars .. Gregory and his partner are hard working and very experienced in their trade.. very professional company and they do quality work continue to provide the best service possible

  I had a great experience with Guy when he came to check my air conditioner. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, showed up on time, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was very kind, professional, and made sure to keep everything clean while working. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. I would definitely recommend Guy to anyone needing air conditioner service!

  Communication with Royal was great! Very nice over the phone and my girlfriend, who was present during the in-person assessment, said that the technician was also very nice and professional. However, he was unable to fix our problem. In his defense, he did call management to see if he still had to charge us the diagnostic fee despite not performing any work and was only there for several minutes. Unfortunately, we were indeed charged. With that being said, due to the courteous and professional interactions we had, we would not be hesitant to give them another shot for future repairs/projects!
