  Communication with Royal was great! Very nice over the phone and my girlfriend, who was present during the in-person assessment, said that the technician was also very nice and professional. However, he was unable to fix our problem. In his defense, he did call management to see if he still had to charge us the diagnostic fee despite not performing any work and was only there for several minutes. Unfortunately, we were indeed charged. With that being said, due to the courteous and professional interactions we had, we would not be hesitant to give them another shot for future repairs/projects!

  A few weeks ago, on the coldest day of the year, my heat was suddenly blowing cold air. The only company I even considered calling was Royal Comfort. Katie was incredible, as always — she immediately prioritized a service call and patiently walked me through how to temporarily rely on my heat pump late at night so we wouldn’t be left in the cold. That level of responsiveness and care is rare. Jesse continues to be one of the most trustworthy and reliable small business owners in Westchester. After resolving the immediate issue by removing air from the pipes, he went the extra mile and sent his manager, Clyde, to ensure the problem wouldn’t happen again. Clyde carefully inspected the system and identified a small but critical component that needed to be replaced — a part that filters air from the pipes — preventing future issues before they could arise. This team doesn’t just fix problems; they stand behind their work and genuinely care about their customers’ comfort and peace of mind.   I have had great experiences with the team at Royal Comfort. When I had issues with my heat pump, the original installer wouldn't really do anything to resolve the issue. The team at Royal Comfort has been great. Very informative, responsive, and actually gave guidance on what I needed to do to get max performance from my system. Guy and Auggie from Royal Comfort have been great to work with!
