  I had a great experience with Arctic Mechanical. They were prompt, polite, and very professional during the service call. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

  Always professional service, Manuel answered all my questions. He was very helpful to me. Discovered the problem and will be back to repair it. Very reliable service, been with them for years.

  I had such a great experience from star to finish. The girl on the phone who did the scheduling was excellent and gave my such confidence we called the right place. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and skill.

  Nelson Valentin was awesome, he was very professional and polite he knew what to do and got right to work. If you want a great job done and done right Artic Mechanical is who you want. He explained everything step by step. I've been looking for 4mths for help and they definitely came to my rescue. 10 stars for them. Beside myself with joy keep up the great work!!! Have this company on my speed dial.

  Fraudulent billing. Aggressive office tactics. Avoid these crooks. Watch out for these fraudsters. I had Arctic over to look at a heating issue. Their tech was in my house for no more than 20 minutes. I received a bill for 1.5 hours. When I called them, their rude representative claimed their GPS said he was at my house for one hour and 27 minutes. Then she hung up on me. I then check my Ring doorbell camera and got the video evidence. I wrote the company and supplied pictures from the camera. Then got a call from a "manager" who claimed their rep didn't try to tell me that the 1.5 hour bill was correct. I posted this first to Yelp. The company replied with an attempt to intimidate me by posting my full name and address. This has been reported to Yelp. Watch out for these crooks. If they're willing to scam me on my first small bill, imagine what they'd do to you if you did a big project with them. It is clear that part of their playbook is to 1) overbill a customer 2) claim it was an error and 3) then move forward, probably trying to overbill again later on. Shame on Arctic Mechanical for being shady, but also for attempting to quell my free speech and alert others to their shady practices. UPDATE: The Arctic response below is both inaccurate and misleading. They tried this attempt to rewrite what they did and tried to intimidate me via my review on Yelp. But yelp took down their response. Feel free to check the yelp positing for Arctic. These guys are CROOKS - AVOID.
