  Anthony is the best technician I’ve ever had. He’s also courteous, honest and seems to know more than the other technicians I’ve used totaling 35 years. This is the first time I’ve used Metro- Aire. I will be telling all my friends I’m very impressed.

  After a few days away, we came home to find our boiler leaking water. I called 3 local companies for help. All, according to their websites, offered 24 hour emergency service. Two had me speaking to AI BOTs when I called. Neither BOT could comprehend the concept of an emergency. When I called Metro-Aire, I spoke with a real person who made sure I got a call back in the morning. A real person called me back, a technician came and our problem was solved by noon. If you want to deal people, rather than BOTS, call Metro-Aire! Thank you Metro-Aire!!
