  I wish I could give zero stars. Our experience with Wren Kitchen inside the Patchogue Home Depot has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, the sales representative, David, proved to be completely unprofessional and unqualified for his role. Every single time we asked a question—no matter how simple—he either “didn’t know,” “would have to check,” or just avoided answering altogether. There was never any clear communication, no follow-through, and no real guidance throughout the process. On top of that, David has the audacity to hand out business cards with the manager’s name and phone number that don’t even work. This is completely misleading and shows a total lack of integrity from both him and the company. Instead of helping resolve issues, it only created more frustration when we realized the contact information he provided was useless. A kitchen project requires precision, attention to detail, and strong communication. Instead, what we got was confusion, vague answers, and constant delays. David never had an answer for anything. We repeatedly left meetings more frustrated than when we arrived, because nothing was ever explained properly. It became obvious that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. We eventually had no choice but to escalate the matter. I have formally reported Wren Kitchen and this location to Consumer Protection as well as the Better Business Bureau (BBB). A business operating this way should not be allowed to continue misleading and frustrating customers. My family and I highly recommend that you do NOT use Wren Kitchen in Patchogue. Save yourself the wasted time, stress, and aggravation. There are plenty of reputable companies out there who actually stand behind their products and treat their customers with respect. Unfortunately, Wren Kitchen is not one of them.
