  The staff here is extremely incompetent. I am still waiting a phone call from Denise for some windows (guess I will be waiting an eternity) even after reminding her I was still waiting. How hard is it to open your computer and get a price for two windows?

  horrible company, overpriced. inside salespeople have a holier than thou attitude. I guess they forgot that they aren't the only company to buy window and door products from. steer clear form these people. you get better service from home depot which is laughable

  Working with Tom at Windowrama in Patchogue was easy and felt like working with an old friend. He knew exactly what I wanted even though I had a hard time explaining to him my idea. Everyone there is very nice as well.

  Spent a lot of money on windows and received awful customer service. I would never use Windowrama again.
