  We were referred to Zinks by our real estate office when we bought our 155-year-old former chapel turned family home in the Marbletown area of Newark, NY. They had already done an inspection for the previous potential buyers, and for a small fee they transferred that report to us so they didn’t have to come back out. From our very first call, they were friendly, professional, and patient with all our first-time-septic-owner questions. They even referred us to an engineer to design a brand-new leach field, since our property didn’t have one at all. Yeah, the old septic was not properly leached. YIKES! Once those plans were finalized, Zinks was able to schedule us. It only took a few days to complete the job, but they worked efficiently and were very respectful of our property. They kept the site tidy and even took the time to explain the dos and don’ts of caring for a septic system. We really appreciated this since septic is all new to us. Their communication was clear, their pricing was straightforward, and there were no surprise costs along the way. With rehabbing an old home, it is really nice not to have surprise costs. When everything was finished, they made sure we understood how the system works and when to schedule maintenance. Overall, Zinks Septic Solutions made what could’ve been a stressful project surprisingly smooth. They were professional, honest, and genuinely kind people to work with. We’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing septic work, inspections, or installations. I also want to mention that we had other bids on this job and not only did Zinks do such a great job, their cost was significantly lower than other bids. By thousands!! These 5 stars are well deserved!

  I had Zinks come out a couple times in the last week. I couldn't be more appreciative for everything Barry & Zinks did to help me solve and navigate my problems. There were multiple times I called just to get advice on what to do or who to call next. And everytime they were so knowledgeable and willing to help. They don't pump, but they do communicate amazingly well with "J.S. Blazey" since I really wanted to use Zinks I figured I'd try out Blazey. I needed it pumped regardless for troubleshooting, and once again. Another great professional. I'll stay on the review of Zinks, but anyone needing a pump, Blazey was the best guy I've ever used and will have my buisness going forward. Barry came out later in the day, on a day that he had already told me prior he was booked solid and couldn't make it. just to help me. Then came back the next morning on a weekend day that im pretty sure he doesn't work ( or at least prefers not to if it can be helped) and got me back up and running. Oh the felief he brought us. Barry was extremely knowledgeable, transparent and honest. I spent a lot of time out there with him trying to understand my system, what was wrong and how things worke. Not once did I feel like a bother to him. Then in the end he gave me a price that was beyond fair to the work he did for me. I could talk much longer on how thankful I am to everyone. But I'll leave it at this, if you need a new septic system or a truly professional troubleshooting /assessment done on your septic system. Call Zinks. Ty Barry.

  We had a fantastic experience working with Barry and Zinks Septic Solutions! From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. The coordination and installation were seamless, and the quality of the work is top-notch—it looks amazing. On top of that, their pricing was the most competitive out of everyone we received quotes from. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for septic work done right.

  Couldn't be more pleased with Zinks' approach to customer service and to the quality of their work. They responded immediately to assess my emergency (a collapsed tank) and then completed the work exactly as promised. Barry and his team are the real deal - truly seasoned experts in Septic Systems.
