- EKEd Kuzan5 days ago5.0My garage door opener stopped working in mid lift. The first service I called told me the unit had to be replaced and sent me an estimate of over $1,000. I called National Overhead Door, the company that installed the unit for a second opinion. Brandon Smith was the technician they sent. He spent time trying to repair it, but eventually told me it needed replacement. Instead of getting an estimate, he looked into possible warranties that may still be in effect for my four year old unit. The next day he returned with a new opener at no charge except for labor. I can't say enough about Brandon and National Overhead Door. Brandon was truly professional, punctual and courteous. He was thorough and efficient and with the office help got me a new unit at the manufacturer's expense. I would give Brandon and company six stars if I could.

- TSTina SmithMar 21, 20265.0We noticed that the garage door was crooked around 6pm on Tuesday. Less than 20 hours later, both of the cables were fixed, all hinges were lubed, both torsion springs were lubed/tightened and all noticeable loose screws were tightened. I called National Overhead Door, Inc. on Wednesday morning around 9am and, thankfully, they were able to give us a same-day appointment. Mike Delucia, our technician, arrived about 30 minutes early and jumped right into his work. He fixed the issue, then talked me through several things we can do to prolong the life of our garage door. He was very professional and knowledgable. He was at our house approximately 90 minutes but 30 minutes of that was me asking questions and him kindly/patiently answering them. I will be recommending this company to my friends.
