Called National Overhead Door and within an hour or less, Josh was here. He tightened the one loose cable and noticed the other cable was frayed. I had him replace both cables. Josh was polite, professional and got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Josh. I also appreciate how a photo of the tech was sent in advance for I.D.
