  It has been a pleasure working with the office and inspectors. I am real estate agent introduced to Rolo Homes by a client and we have since done many home inspections, Radon and water test. Luis has been amazing and clients have been happy with his work. Luis has answer all there questions. I look forward to many more.

  Luis Gonzalez was an amazing inspector to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and truly helpful throughout the entire process. Every question we asked, he took the time to explain clearly, and if he didn’t have an answer on the spot, he made sure to get it for us right away. His professionalism and dedication made the experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy inspector.

  I had Frank C. do my 1st home inspection. He was thorough, and explained things well when I had questions. He did not speak to me in a condescending manner when answering my questions. His explanations gave me an idea of some of the intricacies involved when deciding whether to purchase a particular home. I received the report in a timely manner and the info contained therein, was in sync with what I learned from him at the inspection. His thorough approach, his explanation throughout the inspection, and the inspection report all helped me confidently know which way to go with that particular home purchase. I am truly grateful for professionals who do their work with excellence so we can have the info we need to know which way to go. This was my impression of Frank C.'s work. Thank you, Frank!! 5 STARS FOR FRANK C. I had Luis G. conduct the inspection of another home I was interested in. He is detail-oriented. He highlighted problems that would initially seem minor, but In the grand scheme of things would have negative effects in the long-run. He also Identified the in-between and the glaring problems with the property of interest. His attention to all the details was so effective, that though the particular home he inspected, was immaculately gorgeous, from design to renovations, the problems he unearthed through the inspection made it clear, that I should walk away from this property. Luis was also available & did answer my questions after the report came out (the next day). That is the kind of home inspection I appreciate, one that helps me look away from the glitz and glamor to see what's really happening with a property. Wow, Great work!   We had Rolo Home Inspections do a home inspection on a property we want to purchase and they were extremely thorough, finding many things that needed to be repaired. Angelo, was very professional, friendly and helpful. I have used other inspectors in home purchases but Rolo is the best!!!!!

  I would 100% recommend Rolo Home Inspections! Doug and Angelo were so in depth in their inspection and literally explained everything to me as they went through the house. They answered all my questions and concerns and detail by detail, they told me what had to be fixed, different ways that it could be done and whether or not it would be costly to fix. I love that they are one of the only few companies that do Home and Septic inspections. So no need to coordinate with several companies. They arrived at the home on time and were super professional. Thank you guys so much!
