  Luis was excellent !!! He was very professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The report was clear, detailed, and delivered quickly. They pointed out important issues as well as helpful maintenance tips, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward with the purchase. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing a reliable and knowledgeable home inspector.

  We had an excellent experience with Rollo Home Inspection. The team was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. A large group of inspectors came to evaluate the house and conducted a very detailed inspection, documenting everything with clear photos and explanations. The report they produced was incredibly comprehensive yet easy to understand. It made it very straightforward to review everything with my broker and prioritize what needed attention. What I appreciated most was how they took the time to walk us through the findings in person, breaking the report down into simpler terms and organizing the issues from most important to least important. Their inspection report is so detailed that it can easily be shared directly with contractors to guide the repairs and improvements needed in the house. On top of that, the entire team was very friendly and patient in answering questions. I highly recommend Rollo Home Inspection to anyone looking for a meticulous and professional home inspection.

  We had an excellent experience with our home inspector! He was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. As first-time buyers going through the inspection process, we really appreciated how patient and detailed he was when answering all of our questions. He didn’t just point out issues — he also explained what was minor, what might need attention down the road, and what was truly important. His report was clear, well organized, and included helpful photos so we could fully understand the condition of the home. We left the inspection feeling much more confident about our purchase.   Rolo Homes Inspections was excellent to deal. The inspector, Frank, arrived on time, he found multiple issues with the condo, I was potentially going to buy, and decided not to. He was professional, efficient, smart, and very pleasant to work with. I will definitely use them again for the next condo I might purchase. I highly recommend Rolo Homes Inspection.

Frank Ciorigliano conducted my home inspection, and he was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each part of the process. When I received the inspection report, I was very impressed. It included a large number of detailed photos, and each photo was clearly explained — describing exactly what was being looked at and whether it required attention or repair.
