  They refused to repair my minisplit system because it was installed by another company. That other company is no longer in business.. Glad there's more in this industry than Parker. Only reason I didn't give a 1 was because Julian was very helpful and knowledgeable just to be passed off to the owner to tell me they can't help me. All I needed was my refrigerant checked and added if needed.... Just disappointing and a waste of time

  Truly Exceptional Service After returning home from being away for New Year’s weekend on a freezing Sunday night, I discovered I had no heat. My regular heating company did call me back and tried to troubleshoot over the phone, but coming out would have meant an emergency charge, so I held off. That’s when Julian from Parker Plumbing and Heating stepped in and genuinely saved the day. He reached out, mentioned he was already in the neighborhood, and offered to stop by, especially with temperatures dropping into the single digits. There was no emergency charge, no pressure, no upselling just real concern for my safety and well‑being. Julian quickly found the issue, relit my electric fireplace to give me some warmth for the night, and promised to return in the morning if he could get the part I needed. Not only did he follow through, but he kept in constant contact giving me regular updates on the ETA of the part and when he’d be back. His professionalism, kindness, and reliability were truly outstanding. It’s rare these days to find someone so genuine, honest, and trustworthy, but that’s exactly what I experienced. I have nothing but praise for this company. I cannot recommend Parker Plumbing and Heating enough, and as for Julian, he is simply the best of the best!!!

  10/10 !!! I Highly recommend Parker plumbing and heating. I was shopping around for quotes and immediately stopped when i came across Parker. He’s respectful, attentive, fast and extremely helpful. He came to my rescue and squeezed me into his schedule the same day i called him for a quote because i needed a new system asap! His prices are extremely reasonable and he was always there to answer all of my questions even when it was outside of his work. He even made sure to come back the next day to double check if all was okay. I wish i could use him for all of my home needs. Parker you are a gem !! Continue being honest and great.   I have been working with Parker Plumbing for years, Nate and Julian are great plumbers, not only are they knowledgeable and explain everything before they do it, they are reasonable priced. They are my go to plumbers and I wouldn’t use anyone else. - Michael, Fishkill NY

  Highly recommend Nate & his team at Parker Plumbing, Heating & Cooling! They were professional, responsive, thorough & highly efficient in assessing my HVAC issue & resolving it quickly. Will definitely use them again if needed!
