They communicated expertly throughout the whole process, explaining things and showing us images of what was being done. Although they had originally planned to use an escavator to dig up the concrete near our foundation wall, once they saw the damage, they were able to pivot and worked hands-on to prevent any further damage to our home. They even met the deadline that was originally set all while making sure we were able to use our bathroom each day once they left. It's so rare to have such an amazing crew. This is the type of team that truly cares about their customer's needs and I trust each of them with all future projects in our home. 20/10 would recommend.
