  Today I spoke with Crystal on the phone regarding a continual drip in the basement. She was so helpful, and she had their tech Dominic out within an hour. Dominic was extremely knowledgeable and personable, and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with this company!

  A part that was replaced in December, was not working properly a little over the two month garuntee. Caleb returned to our home and got the furnace running, informed us he was going to order another switch. Returned a week later , replaced the switch at no charge. Thank you for your consideration on this and for the excellent service!

  My sump pump isn't even 3 yrs. old yet but the float on it broke. This is the first sump pump I ever had so I had no idea how to fix/replace it. If I left my sump pump plugged in, it would have burned out and if I left it unplugged, my basement would have flooded. I could only leave the house for 45 before I had to be back to plug in the sump pump again. I called 3 local plumbers (my plumber retired) and no one got back to me so by 4pm, I Googled emergency plumbers and found Lagana Plumbing. Colton was here by 5pm and had everything fixed by 5:30! My only complaint is that I didn't call them earlier in the day so I wasn't stuck home! Since my plumber retired, Colton gave me his card and a brochure from the company. I will definitely be calling to have my furnace inspected this summer. Thank you for your prompt response!!

  I had an excellent experience with Lagana when I needed an emergency water heater replacement at my home. We woke up to almost no hot water, and when I checked the basement, there was water everywhere from a failed water heater. I called Lagana, and Crystal answered right away! Her communication was outstanding from the very first call. She provided a clear arrival window, and even better, the technician called to let me know he could come earlier. That level of communication and professionalism immediately set them apart. Tom was the technician who came out, and he was the man. Super professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly—no confusion, no pressure, just straight-up honest guidance. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. He let me know the water heater needed to be replaced and checked right away to see if they had one in stock. They did, and he came back that same afternoon to complete the water heater installation. He worked a good chunk of the afternoon removing the old unit and installing the new one, and everything came out great. Clean work, done right, and no corners cut. Most importantly—we have reliable hot water again. If you're looking for a plumbing company for water heater repair or water heater replacement, I highly recommend Lagana. Fast response, excellent communication, and top-quality workmanship. And if you get Tom—you're in great hands!
