  Stuck inside one of their elevators yesterday. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my cell phone with me. I pressed the help button and a human being picked up the intercom. Was very hard to hear the rep. because the speaker was muffled. She assured my help was on the way. 15 min later - I didn’t hear anyone coming , I pressed the help button again. The new rep said a repairman was on the way. I asked what’s the eta of the repairman, I was answered with ‘ I don’t have that information ‘. I told the rep. I’m having a medical condition- please call 911.. and she actually told me there prevented from calling 911.. that I would need to do so , but I didn’t have my phone on me. I stayed in there for one hour until a neighbor heard the alarm and me banging. TK elevator help / support system is so flawed. This company & help line is useless. Prey you don’t get trapped in one of their elevators and need their help - AND never go in one of their elevators without a phone ! **
