    I recently had a floor installed by Chelsea Flooring. I worked with Joe Castellano who defines the word "Professional". From the first meeting at the 19th street store to the final installation, I felt confident that the job would be done properly. After the installation, I noticed a small tear in the floor. Joe was at my house the very next day and repaired the tear so that it is totally unnoticeable. Without my asking, Joe touched up a few areas of grout so that when he left, not only my floor but my room looked updated! I was even more pleased when Joe called a few days later to follow up. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied. There are very few professionals in any service industry with Joe's attention to detail and dedication to making sure the client is happy. I recommend Chelsea Flooring and especially, Joseph Castelano, to anyone who needs any kind of flooring- vinyl tiles, carpet. It's easy to find good quality flooring. It's far less so to find good installers who work cleanly, with perfection in mind ,on time and follow up as Joe does. Thanks, Joe!

    I met Joe C in a situation completely outside of his business, but I feel compelled to share how genuine and kind he is. While I was on the subway, he noticed that a man was following me. Without hesitation, he came over, asked me where I was getting off, and stayed with me until I felt safe. His awareness, quick action, and kindness turned a very frightening moment into one where I felt protected. If this is the type of integrity and care he shows a complete stranger, I have no doubt that he brings the same dedication and trustworthiness to his work. Truly someone who goes above and beyond. Thank you Joe!!!

    Scott Falk and his team did a great job. Scott's knowledge and empathy were instrumental in helping me upgrade my apartment and make it look beautiful. I 100% recommend Chelsea Floor Covering. The end-to-end experience was seamless and everyone on the team are extremely professional.
