They act like they are doing everything in their power to repair and service whatever it is, when it goes wrong, and before you buy it. They said they did a full service around a whole new harness on the machine (conversation recorded), which I had another mechanic verify that they lied with documented proof. They said they replaced the libra (Self balancing module for the basket) when I had nothing but issues with the lift; they only reprogrammed it. They lied on a consistent basis and ‘yes’ you to death while selling you junk. Their mechanics do not know how to work on these as stated, on recording, by their manager. They do not care about you, your company, or anything other than their bottom line. I will be following up with litigation for deceptive business practices. Do not buy equipment from this place.
