  We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The team was so professional and easy to work with every step of the way. Steve was especially outstanding, we knew right away we were in the best hands. He helped us choose the perfect options to replace our 30+ year old flooring, and his knowledge and guidance made all the difference. The install crew was great too, skilled, efficient, and respectful of our space. On top of that, it's a family-owned business, and you can really feel the pride and personal touch they bring to their work. If you're looking for high-quality work done by people who really know their stuff and genuinely care, look no further. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Fenway is the best!

  The Marvel Avengers of the flooring/carpeting world. My wife and I moved from Brooklyn to White Plains. This team made it so easy to make our new house into a real home. Steve Reggio was an absolute Ace walking us through all the different options. asking us questions to drill down and find what we were looking for. John popped over and supported taking us through the endless options and handling the samples while Steve provided us the pros and cons of specific selections. Of course I needed a second session with my wife to make sure all the selections were exactly what she wanted. On our second visit Agnies and Gary greeted us with a smile and Steve brought back out the selections walked us through everything. He was so knowledgeable and transparent with the pricing. it was easy for us to make a decision. BEST BELIEVE WE WILL BE BACK FOR MORE! Thank you Fenway Flooring for making (what I believe) a tough decision easy with a smooth process.

  We had carpet installed by another company, and after 2 years a large bulge/buckle at a joint appeared and grew, and grew, and grew. Fenway came in, handled the problem in 40 minutes, put the furniture back, vacuumed (!!) and did it for a very reasonable sum. Thank you!! Great job guys!!

  Wow! Gary and his team are five stars all the way. The prices were competitive, the selection is tremendous, and they’re overall just lovely to work with in our new home! Fenway did an amazing job of laying luxury vinyl in my family room so I brought them back to do runners in the stairs. Both of their experts who came to do the actual work were extremely courteous, professional and treated my home as if it was their own. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Fenway and the finished products. I would recommend them without any hesitation for any flooring work.

  The men who removed the old carpet and installed the new arrived punctually and introduced themselves. They were friendly and accommodating. I was particularly impressed with Alex who was eager to please and worked hard throughout the process. Both gentlemen represented your business well.
