He consistently answered our multiple questions, helped us decide on a location, options, and recommended alternative solutions that helped us stay within our budget. He even visited our property to address any additional concerns we may have had. Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I plan to collaborate with him again when we purchase a garage.

Then came the construction or installation. People that came and delivered the garage are all great. They are fast and very respected to us. Its so easy talking to them whenever i see a defect, it get replace quickly. I’ll do it again and rest assured that Tuff Shed is highly recommended. Thanks to everyone who made it possible for me.

The representative Mike was extremely patient and professional. Not once did I feel pressured to making a purchase. I spent a year looking around and returned to tuff shed in New City. From purchase to installation process took two weeks. The installers were very punctual, attentive and professional. They did the she’d in one day. I upgraded the size of my previous shed 10x14 and they carefully adjusted my previous foundation and packed holes made by nocturnal animals. They cleaned up and made sure we were satisfied with the job before they left. Tuff shed could be a bit pricey but it was worth the investment.
