- RTRachel TimkoAug 30, 20245.0Alex came out and told us everything we needed to repair in our basement after our sump pump failed in our French drain during the August 2024 flash flood. Steve and Chris came a few days later and did a phenomenal job in getting us back on our feet with an impressive job rerouting our drain pipe and installing a new sump pump. They were courteous to our home and extremely knowledgeable about the job for any questions we had. Highly recommend.
