  This is easily the best place I have ever been to look at windows. Zack Kelly is a second generation expert and has a keen knowledge of all the available options. He was friendly, good at listening, understanding and responding to our needs and budget. I highly recommend this place.

  Don't order from them. Their "computer" split our order into two separate designs patterns. No way for customer to understand internal coding that made the 1/2 the order different. We held back 28k out a 160k order and they said they would remedy it if we released another 14k. Their remedy was handsaws and a few pieces double sided tape to change the grid pattern on the windows and doors they improperly ordered. NOW they won't honor their service agreement. Real five star service here. Save yourself the trouble and go else where.

  Zach Kelly and the team at Windowrama are amazing . We are completely remodeling our new home and I knew going in that the windows could make all the difference in the world. Zach proved to be a magnificent advisor in advising and selecting the perfect windows in this investment. I can’t say enough good things , he was a friend to me through this process. When the windows were installed I did send Zach a message saying, “ I can’t stop looking at the new windows, I love them so much.” My architect recommended Zach for good reason to all his clients.

  I just had the most pleasant experience working with Dan in Mount Kisco, NY. We were going over the type of casement windows available and he was very detailed in his explanation. I also happened to mention to Dan a problem I was having with an unrelated patio door handle which was NOT purchased at Windowrama. Dan told me to bring the item in. Shortly there after, I returned with the handle and Dan expertly was able to use some spare parts to rethread the worn screw. This might all sound simple enough but the fact is that the manufacturer had offered no solution as the door was out of warranty and Home Depot was of no help as well as the parts were no longer available. Dan literally saved me a boat load of time and money!!
