  I can echo any of the terrible reviews. I won't get into details but this contractor has amateur plumbing skills. Bath remodel took 2.5 months. Didn't show up, didn't respond. I was treated like an after-school project. After project was "done" , multiple points of the plumbing failed causing extensive damage. My real plumber said none of it was to code and fixed all the issues. Also needed a GC to come repair walls and floors. Cost us thousands more to get right/repair. This is an unprofessional AMATEUR. Stay away!

  Run while you can. We had a major leak after the work was completed (but he ghosted us so of course we weren’t going to get support for the mistake HE made (HE being the owner)). I had a bunch of bathroom work done for upgrades and repairs and he assured me he was familiar and had the expertise to fix. Not only did he no show multiple times but when he did show up it was hours late, accompanied by staff whom were not experienced and did an absolute horrible job. Also- let’s not forget when he did show up hours late him and his “worker,” smoked weed in my driveway for 30 minutes before coming in. I am not sure why his Google reviews are positive- please go check Yelp to see honest reviews from honest customers. We spent a ton contracting two companies to fix his mistakes. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

  I reached out to JD's because of an unfortunate experience I had with the driver of one of his trucks on 84 west. I called him directly to let him know about my experience and he handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. Despite the scary driving experience, the way JD's handled the situation was classy and proved the company is run by good people. Should I ever need interior or construction work, I would be happy to give JD's my business.
