  I had a great experience with Allen Carpet in Mohegan Lake. Eddie, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and truly goes above and beyond—not just during the sale, but even after the job is done. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes the time to make sure everything is done right. In today’s world, it’s hard to find that level of service and attention to detail. If you’re looking for quality products and someone who stands behind their work 100%, I highly recommend Allen Carpet. You won’t be disappointed. They have the best selection and the best prices as well. Eddie really knows his stuff.

  If you are looking for top quality flooring at great pricing where the customer comes first, Allen Carpet & Home is the place you need to shop. This was my first experience with purchasing flooring, and I was thrown into it because of water damage to my home. I was so fortunate to have Ed, the Owner of Allen Carpet, provide me with a complete education on wood flooring and guide me through the entire process. Allen Carpet has such a wide range of options to choose from, the biggest challenge is deciding which beautiful wood flooring option to choose. Tyler his sales manager was also very knowledgeable, and he provided excellent support. Marlon came to my home and measured the rooms for the installation with incredible accuracy. Lastly, Oscar and his team did an amazing job installing the flooring with care and precision. Thanks to the entire Allen Carpet Team for an incredible experience! How great to discover a store where customers are valued which is rare in the big box retail environment these days.

  Came to the showroom to get a flooring estimate. The team there was very professional and informative. Great inventory, with competitive prices. Installation team was excellent. Cannot recommend them enough, will 100% use again for any flooring projects.

  Dan's crew repaired our carpet and did a wonderful, clean job. They had to take carpet from another spot to replace the damaged spot and managed to hide the "removed from" spot without a trace! The runner on the stairs was installed quickly and beautifully also.
