- TCTeresa ColemanApr 15, 20181.0Showroom help was terrible after coming back to the store a second time I was finally able to place an order a toilet a shower base and a shower body toilet I wanted they didn’t have even though it’s on display at showroom,Half of the order was at different locations so I had to get 2 separate deliveries first one arrived a shower base filthy filthy dirty it looked like it was returned to store numerous times and the second part of my order the shower body NEVER arrived they said it was delivered but because it was in Montauk no one was there to sign for the delivery I still had to pay for the item that I never received and after numerous calls to Darren salesman who said he was checking on it he just never called me back. If I could give zero stars I would there are plenty of other plumbing supply places that want business Blackman doesn’t. People read other reviews on Blackman and believe the negative ones they are true,stay away from Blackman
