  LICC, John, was a very good contractor to work with. Very dependable. Coordinates everything that may be needed, a survey, inspection, etc. If an appointment was made, it was kept. The workers were very good at what they did, gentlemen and pleasant. For any future work I need done, I would absolutely call LICC.

  I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with this group of people. From our first meeting with John till the last day, they have been nothing but great. Communication throughout the process was amazing. Attention to detail was consistent. Jessica was always there to help me with suggestions to fulfill my ideas even when I didn't know what I wanted. Richie and Junior were always professional but kind and considerate. Unfortunately, my husband passed away suddenly during the renovations but these wonderful people never failed me for which I will be forever grateful. Thank you John, Jessica, Richie and Junior for my beautiful home.

  John, Jessica, and the entire LICC team were extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout our entire six week project. We were impressed from the beginning with John's ability to bring our ideas into reality first with a digital drawing and then with the actual construction. We were amazed by how expertly the contractors were scheduled as to not waste any time and how Jessica immediately answered all of our questions and/or concerns. Lastly, Roland and Lou's carpentry work was awe inspiring and the plumbers were phenomenal! We have already recommended LICC to our friends, family, and neighbors and plan on using them again in the near future. You will not be disappointed with your results!

  I would highly recommend John Petsco and his team of building professionals from LI Creative Contracting. John did a basement renovation for us and created a beautiful space for our family and a work environment for a home-based clinic that I own/operate. With John and his crew you know exactly what you’re getting, with no surprises. He’s a clear communicator and puts EVERYTHING in the contract! He creates a timeline, clearly written invoices, and checks in throughout the job for customer satisfaction. He’s also happy to revise plans and the contract as needed. John is also a stickler for ensuring that all of his work meets or exceeds building codes. He doesn’t cover up existing problems. Rather, when he sees something (plumbing or electrical issues) he fixes it so future problems do not arise. Several of my neighbors have used John and highly recommended him. While he was not the least expensive estimate we received, he did point out that absolutely EVERYTHING was included in the contract and that there would be no surprise bills throughout or the end. This proved to be true. As we had had some negative experiences with contractors in the past we were definitely hesitant going into this. At the beginning of our renovation John said his mission was not to be friends at the beginning, rather we would build a friendship throughout the project and be friends at the end. That was truly the case. I plan on using John and his team of professionals for future projects and would highly recommend him for any home project large or small.
