  We had water damage due to ice in our gutters that backed up under the roof shingles and caused water damage to our living room and foyer entry. Phil came immediately after being called and was very informative as to what would have to be done. He never pushed his services upon us whether it was the mitigation or restoration, and still answered whatever we needed to know. His workers were punctual and would always call before they arrived. They were polite and always cleaned up after themselves. They also kept us posted as to what the next steps were going to be. Phil would always touch base to see how things were going. We were extremely happy with the job that was performed and would definitely use him again if needed.

Saturday night, I was in full panic mode and Phil from Lightspeed Restoration of Orange County showed up fast. He responded quickly, assessed the situation, and immediately made me feel calmer. Not only were they prompt, but they were honest and ethical in their work something that truly matters when you’re dealing with an emergency in your home. Then Sunday morning at 7:30 AM, they were back this time with Jason who took the time to explain everything in detail. No confusion, no pressure, just clear communication and professionalism. By 9:10 AM, I had running water again! Quick. Honest. Reliable. Ethical. I’m beyond grateful for their responsiveness and integrity.   Lights peed restoration, lived up to it's name in a big way!! I walked into my home at 4:20 in the afternoon, it was litterly raining in my kitchen..Less than 8 months earlier I had completed a complete kitchen remodel. Now it was all being destroyed right before my eyes. I called Phil at Lightspeed and he and his team were at my home in less than 30 minutes.They shut off the flow of the water, disconnected electrical appliances that were potentially damaged and made my home safe from further damage. Pictures were taken, insurance company contacted, claim created and the clean up had begun less than 2 hours after the inital discovery. Phil and Josh began the process of estimating and evaluation of the damages in preparation of the insurance company evaluation. I anticipated weeks and even months of bickering over approval, repairs and payments. Never happened, Phil and his team were full head on, repairs began the next day, they explained every step of the process, time lines needed to ensure the proper and complete repairs. Bottom line my home was completely repaired, attic damage, kitchen damage, hall damage, appliances replaced, down stairs damaged all repaired in 16 days from start to finish. My water nightmare was turned into just a minor inconvenience by comparison to what I feared was ahead. Lightspeed was Professional, considerate, fully transparent and 100 % thorough, every question answered, every concern addressed and relieved.
