I walked into my home at 4:20 in the afternoon, it was litterly raining in my kitchen..Less than 8 months earlier I had completed a complete kitchen remodel. Now it was all being destroyed right before my eyes. I called Phil at Lightspeed and he and his team were at my home in less than 30 minutes.They shut off the flow of the water, disconnected electrical appliances that were potentially damaged and made my home safe from further damage. Pictures were taken, insurance company contacted, claim created and the clean up had begun less than 2 hours after the inital discovery. Phil and Josh began the process of estimating and evaluation of the damages in preparation of the insurance company evaluation. I anticipated weeks and even months of bickering over approval, repairs and payments. Never happened, Phil and his team were full head on, repairs began the next day, they explained every step of the process, time lines needed to ensure the proper and complete repairs. Bottom line my home was completely repaired, attic damage, kitchen damage, hall damage, appliances replaced, down stairs damaged all repaired in 16 days from start to finish. My water nightmare was turned into just a minor inconvenience by comparison to what I feared was ahead. Lightspeed was Professional, considerate, fully transparent and 100 % thorough, every question answered, every concern addressed and relieved.
