  When you suddenly have no water coming out of your drains, it’s scary. You don’t realize how much you depend on it until it’s gone. Saturday night, I was in full panic mode and Phil from Lightspeed Restoration of Orange County showed up fast. He responded quickly, assessed the situation, and immediately made me feel calmer. Not only were they prompt, but they were honest and ethical in their work something that truly matters when you’re dealing with an emergency in your home. Then Sunday morning at 7:30 AM, they were back this time with Jason who took the time to explain everything in detail. No confusion, no pressure, just clear communication and professionalism. By 9:10 AM, I had running water again! Quick. Honest. Reliable. Ethical. I’m beyond grateful for their responsiveness and integrity.   Lights peed restoration, lived up to it's name in a big way!! I walked into my home at 4:20 in the afternoon, it was litterly raining in my kitchen..Less than 8 months earlier I had completed a complete kitchen remodel. Now it was all being destroyed right before my eyes. I called Phil at Lightspeed and he and his team were at my home in less than 30 minutes.They shut off the flow of the water, disconnected electrical appliances that were potentially damaged and made my home safe from further damage. Pictures were taken, insurance company contacted, claim created and the clean up had begun less than 2 hours after the inital discovery. Phil and Josh began the process of estimating and evaluation of the damages in preparation of the insurance company evaluation. I anticipated weeks and even months of bickering over approval, repairs and payments. Never happened, Phil and his team were full head on, repairs began the next day, they explained every step of the process, time lines needed to ensure the proper and complete repairs. Bottom line my home was completely repaired, attic damage, kitchen damage, hall damage, appliances replaced, down stairs damaged all repaired in 16 days from start to finish. My water nightmare was turned into just a minor inconvenience by comparison to what I feared was ahead. Lightspeed was Professional, considerate, fully transparent and 100 % thorough, every question answered, every concern addressed and relieved.   Water was entering my basement a couple weeks back and needed help fixing up the damage. Called up this company to see what could be done about it. They dried up everything that the water seeped into, from the carpets and walls, at a reasonable price. I’d call them up again should I ever have a similar issue.

  phil is a very pleasant person. came to my house to replace a dryer vent hose. He was here for an hour and didn't charge me. His business card will go to the front of my index. Will call him whenever I have issues
