- JLJim LaneApr 29, 20245.0I contacted James Young paving last fall to resurface my very long curvy, and steep driveway. Mr. Young came and walked me through my options, at that time had felt a level of trust and committment with him. Note- i also received estimates from other companies, but as stated I felt a level of trust with Jim Young. We didnt move forward with the job in the fall, Jim said to just give him a call when we were ready. I contacted them three weeks ago, they scheduled me and did the job last week. The project was difficult due to the nature of my driveway. When the project was completed there was something not right, I contacted Jim, he immediately sent a crew out within a few days and attempted to remediate the issues, unfortunately to no avail. There was an issue with the plant and the product. All along Mr. Young always stated he will make it right, whatever it takes. He called me last Thursday and stated the only way to ensure the correct job is to redo the entire driveway. Today they came and redid the entire driveway, and it came out beautiful. I must say right, wrong ,or indifferent, if you are looking to use a paving contractor, really consider Young Paving, just for the fact that they, in fact, stand behind their work, and that to me personnaly you can't put a price on.
