Despite a contract specifying a 1-month completion time, the project took over 3 months. When I asked about the timeline before signing, I was told it was realistic. However, I later learned they had a 40-day backlog at the time of signing, meaning they couldn't have even started my project on time. I had to initiate every single update. They missed several scheduled measurement dates and ignored multiple emails. If you do hire them, I recommend calling daily and keeping a strict paper trail, as the verbal updates I received often contradicted the actual progress of the work.
