I popped into the store from a list of businesses who finance with Synchrony Bank. From the moment I stepped into the showroom, there were so many options to choose from! At first I was a little overwhelmed by the process of choosing, but after consulting with Ron (our project manager) he assured me of which floors would be best to select from and answered all of our questions. We had a huge leak a few years ago and our floors were in desperate need of repair. Thanks to Ron and FCI, they walked us through the process seamlessly and offered us insight into the options we were considering. I love what we picked! I've included some images, the concrete had to be laid as a first step and then the floor installation. We went with a luxury vinyl choice.
