  We hired Pete for an inspection on a purchase of a 2-family home. When I called to inquire about his services, he was so upbeat and easy to talk to that it was a great indication that he would be extremely thorough and welcome all the questions I had. He already spent about an hour on the phone talking about the properrty while he looked at the listing on line! It was one of the main reasons I went ahead and hired him, aside from his qualifications, years of experience, and teaching credentials. This was not the first property we’ve bought. Most inspections are pretty quick and you get a templated report in a day or two. But if you make sure to be on the inspection, you will gain so much more insight on your property as he gives you detailed information, and is so willing to go over whatever item you need clarification on. We spent 3 hours doing a 1500 square foot property! Needless to say, we highly recommend Eagle View if you really want to know the ins and outs of your investment.

  We couldn't ask for a more thorough inspection. This business is very responsive and easy to work with and has been extremely helpful in recommending resources for work as we embarked on our home improvement journey. We highly recommend this business and will used them again.

  Pete is a wonderful person to work with. He is very knowledgeable in his trade and willing to help. When I bought my house he did a very thorough inspection of the foundation and gave good information about what present and what was needed in the future.

  My fiancé and I are first time homebuyers and this was our second time going through the home inspection process. We were referred to Pete through friends who used Eagleview in 2018 when they purchased their home. We were truly so lucky to be able to work with Pete. He was attentive, caring, and extremely thorough throughout the entire experience. Having been in the business for so many years, his knowledge on everything within homes is unmatched. He walked us through the entire time giving honest opinions, detailed home maintenance recommendations, and suggestions on things we would never have even thought about. He treated us as family and not just as customers. We are so grateful for the experience working with Eagleview Home Inspections, would recommend a million times over.
