- HJHuiwen JenteNov 6, 20241.0We had a very bad experience with Builder FirstSourse. 1. Due to the SALES MAN’s mistake, they build the wrong color, so we had to suffer without the kitchen ( cause the old kitchen was tear down when we thought the new cabinets were ready to put on). In that month we had to suffer from no sink, no water, no kitchen…… we didn’t ask for any compensation. 2. The countertop needs to be done after the cabinets are installed fully. So when we went back to Builder FirstSourse the same SALESMAN, asked to PRICE MATCH with Home Depot ( cause their price are $400 higher than Home Depot). The SALESMAN REFUSED our request. So we didn’t order the countertop from them. 3. We sent the request for more shelf hardwares. But NOBODY CARESSES!!!! 4. Today the utensils drawer fell off from the rear mounting. I really can not bear it anymore.
