Went over everything in detail, answered questions, pros/cons of options, and then took care of things with great attention to detail. I could not be more satisfied

  Juan the Technician was a true professional and a pleasure to have him replace Smoke Detectors at my home. He was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous in all his dealings with me, the home owner. Juan would certainly be my choice to perform all future tasks that I may need as he was a knowledgeable polite workman.

  I contacted NH Ross because the main control valve for my home was broken and stuck in the shut position. We had no water and No ability to flush toilets. I spoke with their receptionist who informed me that she would call dispatch and have somebody come out as soon as possible. After an hour and a half of no contact, I decided to call back. at that point I was informed that no technician was available until tomorrow. I was then scheduled for the very first stop of the day at 8 AM. H Ross technician Ty Arrive to my home two hours late proceeded to kick some mulch around in my garden looking for the main control valve cap, Quickly gave up and told me it was up to us to find the cat and to call them back when we found it. He then proceeded to tell me it was $85 for him to show up which I refuse to pay. He added once we found the valve it would cost $1000 to fix. Being unsatisfied with that information, I called NH Ross and spoke to the same receptionist that made my appointment. I asked her if she could please send out another technician who had the proper tools and knowledge at that point she abruptly hung up the phone on me and never called me back. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had calling a professional for service. I contacted another plumber who showed up within 40 minutes located the Cap within five minutes and fix the problem within an hour for $400. If I could give zero stars I would. Unprofessional, overpriced and dishonest.

  they sent out a salesman who is also a mechanic, but he didnt do anything mechanical. before he even gave me the cost of doing what I called for after looking at the ac system in the cellar he slaps a 3 choice plan on the table and tries to sell me an annual contract. he spent more time talking secretly on the phone to his boss than doing the job. I say this because he arrives and parks down the road where I cant see him. after waiting a while I call him to the door. he marched back and forth to his truck down the road 5 times talking on his phone before giving me the proposal. each time he didnt want me to hear what he was saying to his boss about the job he was about to do in my house. but I have 10 ring cameras throughout my house and I captured the part of his convo saying at the front doorstep "She wants me to clean out the duct to get rid of the smell". that was no where on the proposal he gave me. he didnt do anything. he went into the cellar and the before and after picks I took are the same. the reason I agreed was because he said he had to cut a hole in the metal side of the air duct to get inside to clean it and remove the moldy rotting smelling old filter that fell to the floor inside the unit. he ran out after 15 minutes. after waiting a while I called him back into the house asking for my receipt. he gave me a "findings" report which I didnt read because he ran out and left. the findings were that I should call the boiler company and have them look at the boiler for the smell. when I contacted NH ROSS I told them the boiler company had been here and did a full check on my boiler, no oil leaks. I told them I also did a clean out of the boiler room where the ac handlers are and the smell was not from the room or floor. it was coming from the air handler and I took a pic and sent it to them before they came here. the man did nothing. the smell is still fuming through my house. I paid the $700 for nothing. they never cleaned anything. the man never showed me where to put a new filter like he said he would. this big AC company doesnt have 'the right' filter on their truck. of course not, they are fakes. I did text them back and told them, they never returned my call or text about it. my ring cameras are proof of all this.
