  I used NH Ross to replace my central air system in 2020. The job cost $13,000 which was a fair price, not the best quote I got but not the worst either. There were some issues with the install where the techs couldn't get the handler into the attic but a senior tech came over and got it straightened out. Everything ran as a new central air system should until early/mid June of 2025. The system stopped pushing cold air during a heat wave of course. I called NH Ross to get a tech out to fix the issue and they had no one available due to the heat wave. They put me on the schedule on two different dates where a tech would try to make it but they were clear with me that they might not get to me. In the meantime they scheduled me for an appointment on July 3rd with a confirmed time slot of noon to 4PM. This appointment was made over a week in advance. I had a family trip scheduled already but I wanted to get the AC fixed so rather than spend 4th of July weekend away, I returned home for my 3rd of July appointment. On the 3rd of July I received automated text messages confirming the appointment and even a phone call telling me that I was next and the tech was on the way. But then the tech never showed up. I called the office when the tech was late and they explained that they had sent everyone home and they weren't going to make it to me that day either. They offered to schedule me again for the following Monday. So now I skipped a holiday weekend vacation with my family to instead spend the holiday weekend in my house roasting with no AC. I called a friend who does HVAC and he came over and fixed the issue. In the meantime checking out the attic my friend found a bunch of rigged stuff with the installation that wasn't done properly. I wanted to stick with NH Ross because I was happy with the installation and it made sense to use them to service / maintain the system. Unfortunately they have proven me wrong with how they treated my family and I. I've never had a company waste my time and disrespect me the way that NH Ross has. Mind you I already paid them $13k but no customer should be treated like this. They wasted my time, ruined a vacation and made my kids very uncomfortable for many days. Shame on NH Ross. You should treat your customers better.

  We are NH Ross customers and had an electrical and plumbing inspection today. Each of the Ross technicians, Mike and Ty C., were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We received recommend repairs at a reasonable fee. My husband and I appreciate the hard work and care performed by each technician.

  Paul Palermo, the electrician from NH Ross, came to help solve an issue happening with our HVAC system. His role was to inspect the wiring and electrics around the house to try and eliminate if that was the cause of the issue. Eventually, he concluded it wasn’t the source of our problem here. However he noticed several abnormalities with our voltage that I have to report to my power company. Overall, Paul was a really nice guy, sharp, courteous and professional. I was so grateful he knew his business, even though the larger problem was not rectified yet.. He didn’t just do the work, but did some nifty teaching of how our electric panels functioned. So I received a bit of an education while he was here. He replaced a wire in our thermostat as well. He worked fast and non-intrusively. Finally, he gave me some helpful quotes for upgrading my electric panels. He provided some impressive discounts in those offers. A very good experience with this electrician.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ NH Ross saved us on Christmas Eve. Our furnace went out unexpectedly and they came on very short notice and got everything fixed quickly and professionally. Eli and Brian were fantastic — knowledgeable, calm, and clearly experienced. They took the time to explain what was wrong, worked efficiently, and made sure the system was fully up and running before they left. No upselling, no pressure — just solid work when it mattered most. Can’t say enough about how much we appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism, especially on a holiday. Highly recommend NH Ross and especially Eli and Brian.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dan G. from NH Ross did an excellent job performing maintenance on my heating system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in his work. Dan took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. He arrived on time, worked neatly, and showed genuine care for doing the job right. I really appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Dan and NH Ross for heating and AC system service and maintenance.
