  Called with an emergency — a burst hot water heating pipe behind the basement wall. I contacted the office at 10 a.m., and the plumber was onsite within 2 hours. Mike F. was courteous, professional, and confident. He immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He made a minimal cut through the sheetrock to access the pipe and was very careful. He has great knowledge of heat boilers and got the system back online perfectly after the repair. Just 4 hours later, the house heat was fully restored and ready for the very cold nights ahead. It wasn’t cheap, but it was absolutely worth it! Communication with the office was excellent before and after the job. Great, efficient work — one very satisfied customer! Highly recommend!

  I had a gas boiler maintenance service done today, and Todd delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. He arrived right on time, immediately demonstrating professionalism and deep knowledge of the system. He walked me through everything he was checking and gave me the peace of mind I needed, confirming that my home equipment is heating safely and efficiently. Todd also took the time to explain the Ross Anchor Club program in a way that was easy to understand, and he even provided me with a great promotion on the spot. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise, clarity, and genuine customer care the way he does. I highly recommend this company—they’ve earned my trust, and Todd is a big reason why.

  NH Ross is such a great company for all your plumbing and electrical work. After you make your appointment, they will call and text you to give you reminders of your upcoming appointments and status update on the day of your appointment. Michael arrived on time and listened to my problem. Checked the lights and helped diagnose my switch problem. He fixed the issue and even recommended a safety feature, which provides more security and peace of mind. Great job Michael and NH Ross.

  We had an absolutely disaster loss of power during the coldest time of the year during the worst snow storm we have had in 7 years. They came out accessed the damage and we needed a full panel replacement. Got it done the next day ensuring my house would have heat in time to prevent any real damage to it. They were fast curious upfront about costs and efficient in getting the work done. Mike D in particular did a fantastic job and I would highly recommended this company and especially mike if you have any electric work to be done. I know i will use him again for sure and request him. They come and take care of you in an emergency its all you can ask for.

  I used NH Ross to replace my central air system in 2020. The job cost $13,000 which was a fair price, not the best quote I got but not the worst either. There were some issues with the install where the techs couldn't get the handler into the attic but a senior tech came over and got it straightened out. Everything ran as a new central air system should until early/mid June of 2025. The system stopped pushing cold air during a heat wave of course. I called NH Ross to get a tech out to fix the issue and they had no one available due to the heat wave. They put me on the schedule on two different dates where a tech would try to make it but they were clear with me that they might not get to me. In the meantime they scheduled me for an appointment on July 3rd with a confirmed time slot of noon to 4PM. This appointment was made over a week in advance. I had a family trip scheduled already but I wanted to get the AC fixed so rather than spend 4th of July weekend away, I returned home for my 3rd of July appointment. On the 3rd of July I received automated text messages confirming the appointment and even a phone call telling me that I was next and the tech was on the way. But then the tech never showed up. I called the office when the tech was late and they explained that they had sent everyone home and they weren't going to make it to me that day either. They offered to schedule me again for the following Monday. So now I skipped a holiday weekend vacation with my family to instead spend the holiday weekend in my house roasting with no AC. I called a friend who does HVAC and he came over and fixed the issue. In the meantime checking out the attic my friend found a bunch of rigged stuff with the installation that wasn't done properly. I wanted to stick with NH Ross because I was happy with the installation and it made sense to use them to service / maintain the system. Unfortunately they have proven me wrong with how they treated my family and I. I've never had a company waste my time and disrespect me the way that NH Ross has. Mind you I already paid them $13k but no customer should be treated like this. They wasted my time, ruined a vacation and made my kids very uncomfortable for many days. Shame on NH Ross. You should treat your customers better.
