We will be happy to suggest a professional painter or sealer to finish the staircase. A quality finish is important to prevent warping and controlling the moisture content within the selected wood species. This applies to warm and cold environments.
Is there a deposit needed to begin work?
Yes. Island Custom Stairs & Rails requires a 50% deposit before beginning any custom stair building project. Payment schedules are available for the remaining balances.
