  Bill Simons’s Healthy Basement Systems, recently completed two projects in our Huntington home. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We first met with Eric, who helped us address basement flooding and leaking rain water from our cellar windows. He was patient, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of our questions. He was kind and through, spending a great deal of his time to educate us about our options. Together we made a plan that fit out budget to ensure that water is never a problem in our basement again. I appreciate how quickly the crew was able to get started. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home; cleaning up after each day of work. So far we haven’t had any issues with water leaking and it’s been a relief to no longer worry when it rains. After the work was complete, Eric introduced us to Paul for an estimate for finishing the basement. My husband and I liked him from the start, he listened carefully to our vision and was able to create a draft of our dream basement. He worked quickly to get us an estimate and we appreciated the transparency of the cost of each step. He was able to provide us an itemized list of the cost of supplies and installation. He worked with us to keep us under budget without compromising our ultimate goals. For example he suggested we run rough electric and plumbing for a future bathroom and bar. It’s exciting to know that those are projects we can easily add in the future. Once the plans were finalized, Paul and his crew started quickly on the job. They showed up on time each day and worked diligently. Paul was sensitive to the fact that I was expecting my daughter on November 25th, and it was clear that he made every effort to get the job done fast without cutting corners. I’m a bit of a perfectionist and like to understand the installation process. Paul was beyond patient with me- always taking time to address my concerns. He constantly made himself available to me; both in the evenings and on weekends. I appreciate this so much knowing that he has a big family of his own. Paul was able to complete the job in less time then promised- and I am so grateful because my daughter made a surprise arrival on November 7th! The crews that worked with both Eric and Paul were excellent. They were polite and worked very hard, taking pride in their work. Denise In the office was also very helpful with communicating our payments and was always prompt in getting back to me. In addition to being professionals who do excellent work, the staff are genuine and kind people. My husband Rob and I couldn’t not be happier with our new basement.

  Based on my experience, Healthy Basement Systems is a very professional and reliable company. I contacted Healthy Basement Systems to evaluate a potential issue with my house foundation. A very professional and knowledgeable representative, Gabriel Ryan, called back to schedule a free consultation. The appointment was scheduled quickly for a date that was convenient for me. Before our appointment, I received a packet in the mail that provided comprehensive information about basement construction and foundation issues. On the day of our appointment, Gabriel called me in the morning to confirm our meeting time and then again a half hour before he arrived. Upon arrival he took extra care to keep my carpeting clean by putting on shoe coverings. He proceeded to examine the area in question, he described his expertise and the services available through Healthy Basement Systems. His evaluation was thorough and I appreciated his honesty when he said we didn’t have an issue at all. Another company might have tried to sell me on an unnecessary treatment. I was extremely pleased with my experience with Healthy Basement Systems and their representative, Gabriel Ryan, and highly recommend their services.

  I Found that my experience with Chris Melanie from healthy basement systems was quite pleasurable—Which is an odd way to describe an experience with any sales person.. He was 100% professional, well informed, honest, and I learned something to boot! As it turned out, we both agreed on what the next step should be with regard to my basement water situation which indicates that Chris actually listened to what the problem was and worked together with me to come to the best solution for my house.He did not make any money from coming here but he helped me a lot. As a result I have more inclined to buy one of his other products such as the dehumidifier.
