- CSChris SOct 7, 20165.0Actually this place is great. Called them up after having many problems with another local lumber yard, was told to get a price he would need to call the supplier. Called me back 5 minutes later, gave me the price, wrote up the sale, I stopped in to make payment (took about 5 minutes max) and everything was delivered very promptly. Everyone including the driver was extremely nice and price was very fair. What more can you ask for? I recommended these people to two people already and certainly found my new lumber yard and will continue passing along their info to those that need their products. Most reviews are complainers who are the ones who are at fault. Rarely good experiences write reviews. Oh by the way, the manufacturer is the one who recommended these people when I called them after having so many problems dealing with another lumber yard, the manufacturer said try Florence, I think you will like them. Guess what, he was right.
