  Disaster and a total headache! We were not getting hot water in our Kohler shower system. Had four plumbers come from this company to try and replace it, each one said something different. After replacement parts for our shower head were ordered by this company, another plumber from the SAME company refused to install it due to a liability issue and his boss telling him not to install it. Quick to give us an estimate for almost $4,000 to rip up our brand new shower tiles and replace the whole shower body.

  Unclogging kitchen sink with a 35 ft snake in less than half hour with flat rate was over $400 and googling this job should be less than half this fee! Had a handyman in my community snake it just 4 months prior and was good for awhile so assumed the problem was more serious as I don’t put grease or food down my drain and only live there on weekends! Your service has only been tested on one weekend so far so time will tell! One star for price!!!!!!

  First and foremost I’m not a review writer… However the professionalism, honesty and integrity that Nick and Rich exemplified was stellar. I am extremely calculated and picky about who I let enter my home and can spot a bs artist a mile away. My boiler stopped working in the middle of the night and as a family man my whole world was upside down and couldn’t do anything until my heat was working again in this frigid weather and these guys were exactly what I needed they gave me my price upfront and never tried to price gouge me and moving forward as long as Nick and Rich are apart of Chivalry I’m not calling anyone else for all my plumbing needs 💯 and whoever the owner of this company is should be proud of how well they represent the company !

  I’ve been having minor issues with my oil burner for a few weeks now so I called Chivalry on Monday 12/29. By 11:30 am Tuesday 12/30 they had a wonderful technician named Nick at my house. Nick was very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and did really nice job and clean work. I’d highly recommend Chivalry. From the initial phone call through the repair itself, this company was professional and made things really easy for me. Very reasonable rates as well. If you’re having heating or cooling problems, this is the company to call.

  The technician was polite and professional, but overall the visit was disappointing. We were charged over $300 for a service call, and no diagnostic work was ultimately performed. We were told that our Slant/Fin CHS boiler is no longer supported, so troubleshooting was not pursued, and the recommendation was full boiler replacement. A replacement estimate was provided, but it was very high. We clearly explained that we wanted to keep our indirect hot water yet the recommended replacement was a combi boiler, which did not align with our stated preference or existing setup. The boiler was operating before and after the visit, and the issue prompting the call was a single, self-clearing ignition retry, so we were hoping for at least a basic diagnostic assessment. If the company does not service unsupported equipment, that is understandable — but that should be clearly communicated before scheduling, especially when a full diagnostic fee is charged.
