  Generally good work. Left some pieces as unpainted wood in the frames and the windows were looser in the frames than I would have liked, but happy overall.

  First, generally speaking, the initial appointment was professional, timely, and influential in aiding our decision to choose this business. Additionally, we were asked to visit the store to physically see a model of the inserts that we were selecting. That visit went well, and the management team was prompt in meeting us there and responding to any additional questions we had. Last, the date that the we were told the windows would be ready and the delivery date were met. Most importantly, the crew and the lead management staff person were a few minutes early for the install, and as a person who is a stickler with timeliness, I was impressed. My initial observation of the crew's handling and set up prior to the breakdown and actual installation was "spot on." We were immediately told of any changes that came up, and informed of the reassurance of timely completion. In fact, although we were initially told that a small part of the job might occur on the following day, we were later informed that the job would conclude the same day. Last, the crew's work effort, attention to detail, care with the inserts and with our home structures (rooms, floors and the like) was professional; the crew provided absolute close monitoring that each window required the greatest labor and work ethics as required; clean up was consistent throughout, and upon completing the work the lead crew person was intentional regarding our personal inspection of each window -prior to departing. We are pleased with the overall outcome, as we have a fresh house look, better windows and will recommend your business to others.
