  From the very first interaction, their team showed expertise, efficiency, and genuine care. Winter plumbing/septic issues are incredibly stressful, and I was honestly overwhelmed by the situation. However, that stress completely melted away after just one visit. Their knowledge and confidence were immediately apparent and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. They responded quickly, worked efficiently, and handled everything with precision and professionalism! What stood out most was the sense of reassurance they provided. Instead of feeling anxious about the problem, I felt confident and well taken care of. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical skill with such strong customer service, but they truly excel at both. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy service. I took over my families home after both my parents passed away and the amount of problems and unknowns knew no bounds, including finding companies to start working with. I will definitely be using their company going forward:)

  My main line was clogged and I called Evan’s Spetic. They came at a great time. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about what was going on. He immediately knew where to look for the main drainage line and immediately went to work 👍🏽👍🏽. Definitely would recommend Evan’s for plumbing jobs and septic cleaning. Thank you!

  Huge thank you to Andrew at Evans Septic. He came out to help us with a frozen sewer vent and was so knowledgeable and patient through the whole process. He explained what he was doing, why it happened, and how we can prevent it in the future. We’ve used Evans for years and they’ve always been trustworthy and helpful. A really solid company with great people.

  I called on MLK Jr's day around 4pm to get my septic tank pumped and they offered me to come as soon as Wednesday morning 8 am to 12 pm. Lo and behold, i was woken up around 8:45 am and he was outside at the base of my driveway, at extremely frigid 5 degrees F temperatures, deathly freezing. My dad who rarely likes anyone, having horrible septic pump experiences in the past with them trying to scam or do dishonest work, was on guard, constantly watching Christian's every move like a hawk, and had my mother stalk him through the window, as we have had people throw dirty stuff back into the septic all the time in the past 25 years. Christian went above and beyond, brought the pipe all the way from the street 50-60 feet to our backyard, in cold freezing weather, where even the pipe was jamming up, being frozen and all. He even dug up 4-5 inches around the tank cover, took care of the job in 10-15 minutes, but there was this mud on the bottom that refused to go into the pipe, especially because of this temperature. He again, went above and beyond, and started to use his special rake to try and force it to be sucked up and worked hard and got it all forcefully cleaned. He not only did not charge us for the digging, he did not charge us for the hard work he had to put in to get the huge pile of sludge from off the bottom and in this freezing cold, worked his butt off scraping it till every last drop was cleaned out. My father has never seen such honesty in a man before, especially when others in his position would have pulled their truck all the way into our driveway, simply pumped it while sitting in their warm truck, and then left as quickly as possible to get away from this snowy icy weather. Christian's efforts, honesty, diligence, and can-do-it attitude has won over my cold-hearted parent's icy hearts. The negative reviews here from ages ago clearly are outdated and is not indicative of who they are now. The 1 star reviews on Yelp had frightened me some as well, worrying if it was a mistake, but I was wrong. These are the guys you go to to get things done, they're the guys that'll bend over backwards to make sure they don't leave a job half done. Don't trust the one star reviews or any negative review here really, because I never leave a review, and my dad wanted me to actually leave one for this company and for Christian.
