He came when scheduled, figured out the problem (a clogged drain pipe) and contacted Jose to set up an appointment. Jose came the same day and in a matter of minutes the problem was solved. They are dependable, courteous and took the time to explain the problem and the solution. Price was very reasonable. It was a pleasure to deal with them, as always.

I was a tech myself (PC tech) and served in the USMCR for almost 10 years and Rob exudes confidence, honesty and professionalism. The people employed by ANY company, also shows the quality and competency of the brand they represent and EVERY single employee that I had contact with, not only knew their job, but also treated me with respect. On top of that, one of the MOST important things that a company can do for any customer, is to KEEP THEIR WORD on showing up when saying they will, standing behind their work and keeping their promises when making such. Rob and A1 plumbing pulled through in ALL areas. It's EXTREMELY RARE these days to find customer service on this level, but I can only name a few in my entire 54 years on this planet as competent and straight up as Rob as well as the people he employees. I can't recommend him enough.
