- JLJ LAug 29, 20251.0Wren Kitchens Long Island City is one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. My first “designer” constantly failed to respond, and when a senior designer took over, she was just as bad. Both of them ghosted me for weeks at a time, leaving me chasing after basic answers that never came. They even sent a rookie kid with absolutely no design background to handle key parts of the project. The mistakes were obvious: wrong measurements, careless layouts, and errors in basic common-sense thinking. As an architect myself, I found their so-called “design” process laughable at best and reckless at worst. I finally canceled the job, but two months later I’m still chasing them for my deposit refund. They ignore every follow-up, as if they can just take your money and run. If you value your home, your money, and your sanity, do not go near this place. They waste your time, ghost you, send out unqualified people, and leave you fighting just to get your own deposit back.
