  Great company to do business with. If you need good clean water for your house I’d highly recommend them. They also handle all the maintenance.

  AVOID! Helpful until they need to be. Company installed a water tank and filters in rafters of our basement since we were getting flooring and dry wall installed. A year later the tank ended up crashing to the shuffleboard below and spilling the contents all over the wooden table. There were 2 divots created that are irreparable and water damage to the base. We were hoping to work with the company to get a replacement or compensation for the table. We started the process with patience, understanding, and a willingness to work collaboratively with the company to make things right. We had minimal response from the owner and when we did hear back it was only to be repeatedly questioned on "how" this happened. While we understand investigation is important, the company was solely focused on absolving themselves from any responsibility to avoid helping us with a replacement or monetarily. After a month of minimal contact and with the threat to cancel our account, they reluctantly offered 5 years of free maintenance service. We are now sitting with a non-functioning water damaged shuffleboard table in our basement that will not be replaced but we are supposed to be grateful that they moved our tank down and changed our filters for free (even though it was time for our routine filter change anyways) and will hold us hostage for 5 more years just so we can recoup our losses from the credit. AVOID!

  Right from the beginning this was a great experience. Ann came to the house to explain the system and the various options I had to choose from. She was delightful, her explanations were helpful and it was easy to proceed to the next step. Watercure made it easy to set up an appointment with a company to come to the house in order to drill the necessary hole in the countertop for the faucet. Next was the installation and James did an excellent job installing the reverse osmosis system and explaining to me how it works. Last, but not least, was the taste of the water! Wow! I didn't know water had taste but this was so much more drinkable than what I was experiencing from our regular tap using city water. So glad we put in this system and my houseplants will love it, too!

  The WatercureUSA water softener has changed our lives…starting with a top notch installation (absolutely no mess), good value for the money and superb customer service!!! Ann and her entire team are the best. Immediately my skin was so much softer and I love not having to endure dry, itchy and painful skin during the winter. Our hair is fuller and healthier too. We are using way less soap everywhere (shampoo, washer, dishwasher, etc) and the soap “scum” buildup is gone!!! At the same time we had a reverse osmosis water purification system installed under the kitchen sink to provide purified drinking water right at the tap. We love the convenience and drinking high quality purified water. Overall both systems improved the quality of our life and the value of our home. Well worth the investment. Thank you WatercureUSA, Ann and her team!!
