She made me fill out paperwork, ran my credit report and then said oh your not a business we can’t rent to you. When I told her this from the beginning. She continually gave me the runaround for several weeks. Never returned my calls or said she would call back and never did. I could have went elsewhere for a rental and now it is to late. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and Patty! Shd needs some training….
- JBJohn BianchiNov 9, 20201.0Pricing isn’t terrible, rented a 24 inch trench digger for a weekend job, herc only charges for 1 day/ 8 hours. Soon as we got to the job, machine stopped working. Their mechanic Keith came out, he’s a great guy, left the battery pack with us, even though it couldn’t keep the machine running. When we dropped it off Monday morning, Patti was unconcerned at the fact the trench digger just simply did not work. She just handed us the bill and sent us on our way. Keith, great guy. Patti, definitely needs to take the customer service training again.
