He is very knowledgeable all the different aspects, gave us different options, we did the VR tours. At the end we felt comfortable purchasing on the spot. If you come with details of your appliances and your approx layout, that would be a great start.

They delivered the wrong parts, several times, and the installer damaged the baseboard heating system. Customer service consists of ignoring phone calls and then passing the buck to another department so that no one is ever responsible. Now they want to charge an additional fee to cover the replacement pieces for the wrongly delivered materials. Do not use - they are slick salesmen and nothing more.

No pressure sales, answered every question, simplified the entire process from start to finish. He inputted design ideas into his computer and brought it up on a big screen right in front of me. I put on a VR headset and was able to stand in my new kitchen and open and close the cabinets in a virtual reality room. Unbelievable!! it was like standing in my new dream kitchen. The rest of the staff were super friendly, even ran out to get milk for my coffee. Nicest people I’ve ever dealt with. Very nice showroom as well, relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.
