- BCBrianna Cooper3 days ago1.0NEVER AGAIN. Think you're ordering a white kitchen? Think again! All of the white cabinets have a grey border that's meant to act as a "shadow." Well rather than acting as a "shadow," it looks absolutely crazy. Picture an old ratty car that has one door different than the other. This grey edging creates distinct grey lines throughout the cabinets and is very clearly visible when any door/drawer is opened. Needless to say, my order was refused upon delivery. I would never spend $10k on a kitchen I was unhappy with. The customer service as Wren is nothing to brag about either. They're friendly and accommodating until the moment you put your deposit down. Once they lock you in, all bedside manner goes out the window. It is constant back and forth with changes, delays with a "compliance team", MULTIPLE measurements taken because they were wrong the first time. Then trying to talk to a decent human being about this grey edging as been a nightmare. I would never recommend for anyone to use Wren Kitchens in ANY capacity and will never be taking my business back to them. This was truly a disappointment.

He is very knowledgeable all the different aspects, gave us different options, we did the VR tours. At the end we felt comfortable purchasing on the spot. If you come with details of your appliances and your approx layout, that would be a great start.
