  The services provided by Evan MacFawn and his team at Property Restoration of the Capitla Region were exceptional and I highly recommend them. Each person that worked on our home resotrastion cared greatly about doing the best job they could and it showed. I was very pleased.

  Having inspected work from dozens of local companies and worked with many staff, owners and workers in the restoration world with mold, floor and fire inspections. I can confidently say that Evan and CJ have excellent customer service and are genuine people to work with. They are always there for their customers and have always been very transparent with the work they are performing keeping our company updated with the scope of their restoration work when necessary. Not only is their customer service top notch they are easy to get ahold of!

  My house had an extensive mold problem. CJ was the project coordinator, and Todd was the boots on the ground team lead that led the effort of cleaning and restoring my home to be a safe place to live in. Other team members were: Eric, Dannie and Vanessa. As this was a 3 week job, every person was on sight daily, when they said they would be. Their thoroughness is impressive from start to finish. When I first reached out to Property Restoration, CJ was at my home to assess the job within days. CJ and Todd's communication skills were excellent. Thank you all for a job well done!

  Excellent work! I did not think the damage that was done was repairable BUT these gentlemen did more than repair they restored all of the charm and historic values. Great company to do any restoration work.

  It is usually an unexpected event with water damage, something you don’t plan and disaster you can’t even process. We cannot be more thankful for the team at Property Restoration of the Capital Region and CJ’s guidance from start to finish! They handled everything and FAST- water mitigation, plumbing and rehab. Todd, Dan and Erik were amazing to work with; Todd ensured our expectations were met but also was a true professional and empathetic with a situation like this. Thanks Team!
