  I can’t say enough good things about this water restoration company. When an ice dam on our roof started causing water issues in our home, CJ responded incredibly fast and came to our home right away as we were scheduled to leave for Florida shortly after. From the first phone call to the final cleanup, CJ and his team’s customer service was truly exceptional—friendly, reassuring, and highly professional during a very stressful situation. They quickly assessed the damage, explained everything clearly, and worked quickly to prevent further issues. Their efficiency and knowledge gave us so much peace of mind. They went above and beyond. It’s clear they genuinely care about helping homeowners, not just doing a job. If you’re dealing with water damage or roof issues from ice dams, I highly recommend this company!
