Every time I called customer service to make the arrangements they were stellar. Delivery on point and the drivers EXCELLENT. I did not do 5 stars this time because every time I needed to make my payment I was always 💯% notified that Monday to make it for delivery. However this last time the money was taken out of the account on May 9th while I was out of town at my daughter’s college graduation ceremony. It messed up my account and I had to borrow money to get back home. I had spoken with someone previously making her aware to call me because someone else was paying this time. Obviously that didn’t happen. When I called last week to express my concerns and frustration about this a young man answered the phone and said that he would have someone look into this and call me back and he apologized!!! I still have not received a callback. It’s making wonder if I should even bother for my next Family Celebrations. This last one was my daughter’s graduation party. Thank for your response. I spoke with a manager just now 5/23/25 10:28 am and the process was explained to me now instead of prior too. I was credited my over draft and that was it. I appreciate that however it still doesn’t resolve my issue. Now I have to try and clear my account. I was also asked if I wanted to use another account to make my payment again after my account was closed. I’m not happy. The payment that came out on Friday for Monday’s delivery should have been explained to me then I would not have this issue
