  Highly disappointed with the carpet that was installed less than a year ago in my living room it's already worn out and for 2 grand the guy who came to my house sold me the cheapest bullshit carpet u can find with no.padding underneath feels like concrete terrible terrible in my living room there's visual of wooden edges under carpet since padding is so cheap and thin I have to now hire another company to rip this out and get new flooring in less than a year someone was suppose to contact me months ago no1 followed up with this situation and the poor quality of this carpet never again will I use this company for any carpet or flooring needs it

  I’m not sure how this place is still in business. I don’t often leave reviews, only when warranted. I’ve dealt with them in the past as has my parents and in-laws but I will no longer refer them moving forward. We were at the mercy of their last minute scheduling and changes for measuring/delivery. Showed up late, tried to rush the measure. Overall customer service was marginal at best. Poor communication between installers and office. All around a really difficult, unnecessary drawn out experience; all for an area rug. Left a message to speak with Ira, one of the owners that went unanswered.

  To sum up this up I’d have to say ridiculous! Bought two carpets, first one the padding was to thick, even after disclosing the room had French doors, installed thick padding anyway, can’t open doors. For some reason, we went back…. for benefit of doubt, purchased another carpet and it was horribly defected. Told we would get a replacement, played some phone tag for reason on both sides but ultimately ended up getting a replacement that is even worse, defects and this time they left a awesome seam line, to go along with defects, which are weird lines also. And not to mention loose loops of carpet that now pull if you get anything caught in them. When we went back to pick a replacement we couldn’t find anything I. Price range we wanted and couldn’t find anything. They wanted another 500 dollars for a better carpet we did like but even after all of this, didn’t think to offer the slightest discount. P. S. The salesmen we dealt with upon return had 0 clue on pricing. We spent a week trying to get a correct price on the carpet we were thinking of getting. The owner had to step, only after an email from me.
