Monday came and no one called then either. Lousy service indeed. The 1 star is apparently mandatory. I couldn't post this comment with no stars, which is what I would have chosen.

Other stores told me I would need a complicated and expensive arrangement. The helpful, kind, organized woman at Kingston Overhead Door solved my problem over the phone, then sold me two remotes that were 2/3 the price of other stores in Kingston. Outstanding, prompt, sensible service. I am so relieved.
