  I called and got an appointment for 8 or so days later. The day came, Saturday after Thanksgiving, and no one showed up. No one called. Monday came and no one called then either. Lousy service indeed. The 1 star is apparently mandatory. I couldn't post this comment with no stars, which is what I would have chosen.

  This is an outstanding place. I called seeking two remotes for my Linear garage doors; the old ones had broken. Other stores told me I would need a complicated and expensive arrangement. The helpful, kind, organized woman at Kingston Overhead Door solved my problem over the phone, then sold me two remotes that were 2/3 the price of other stores in Kingston. Outstanding, prompt, sensible service. I am so relieved.

  Called at 10 AM because my garage door Spring was broken, Randy showed up right away and replaced it and a few other worn out parts and had the door up and running better than before. The price was much better than other quotes and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this company. 5 stars!
