- KCKai ChanNov 22, 20255.0I hired M&B Concrete to redo my overgrown backyard. I have one large tree and major slope differences from my neighboring property. Not to mention a neighbor’s building extension that was not properly waterproofed, causing a sinkhole in the yard. Jose, the project manager explained my options and how to deal with drainage issues. He was very informative and very professional. He kept me informed everyday that he worked and checked in with me constantly. The price was very reasonable at $21.25/sq. I compared with two other concrete vendors and very reasonable - M&B is fully insured, others not. I had two change orders to address the lack of waterproofing on the neighbor building extension. Both change orders were very reasonable given the amount of work involved. I would highly recommend them. With it being owner operated, Jose was responsible and very responsive.
