  I had Window World come out to give me an estimate after having Comfort Windows come here, i wasn’t very pleased with Comfort so that’s when i reached out for advice and they got recommended, from the beginning Bill has been amazing! He came and gave me a quote , didn’t push me to make a decision same day like Comfort did , i reached back out to him when i was ready to make the decision to just do it. I’ve reached out to him on several different occasions just for clarification and questions, he always answered right away! I’m so excited to see how they’re installed and i’ll be back to update this rating when it’s all done! Thank you so much Bill!

  We had Window World of Binghamton install a sliding glass door and a slider window in our kitchen. We chose white vinyl trim for both. Our installers were Bruce and DJ. They did a great job and we absolutely love the door and window. Not only do they look beautiful on the inside the trim on the outside is also beautiful. They are so much warmer than our previous ones. We did notice a small tear in the window screen after they left. We called the installers and the store. They apologized for not catching it while they were here. They sent someone out to rescreen the window within a reasonable time frame. They did a great job. Our only regret is that we didn't have them install them years ago.

  We have used Window World over the years to gradually replace old windows in our apartments. They do a great job. Hats off to Casey! He was punctual, professional, worked hard to minimize any need to touch up the paint after installation & didn’t leave a mess!

  I came into Window World Binghamton confused, feeling upset and desperate. It was Monday morning. Last Friday a different window company had come to my home and had done a lovely demonstration of their windows and then proceeded to push and push for me to make a decision. They kept sweetening the deal, reminding me that if they had to return it would cost more, adding on a little extra. Pushing and pushing. I signed. Then it started to nag at me. I thought I might have made a bad decision. I had other contractors lined up to get estimates, but I had signed. So Monday morning I went straight to Window World. They listened to my story. They made some suggestions. They said the were sure they could do better. No pressure, just the facts. They showed me their windows and we set up an appointment. I went home and canceled the contract from the high pressure company. When all was said and done, Window World replaced 8 windows for thousands less than the other company was going to install 7 windows for. But not just 8 windows, all 8 are top of the line double hung Energy Star rated windows. My house was built in 1820. I don't know if the windows I had were original but they were very bad. The installers were right on time. Great guys to have working on my home. Respectful, experienced They put a drop cloth down at every window. I loved watching them work. I learned from them. They were efficient. Fast, but not hurried. They cleaned up inside and out. When the were finishing up I found one window that didn't work quite right. The guys put in a work request for Window World to send some one out to fix it. (They looked at it and it was not related to the installation). Window World called and made an appointment, sent a guy out and he found the error in the window guide, replaced it and all was well. I highly recommend Window World of Binghamton (Johnson City).
