The job as a whole looks good. Really like the stairs. My only problem was lack of communication, language barrier. Installers came in and got busy and worked till the job was done.

I hired Warehouse Carpet and Flooring this past August to install glue-down vinyl plank flooring (approx. 1,660 sq ft) in my basement, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
The process began in July when Zach came to measure and review samples. We discussed moldings, and I was told they weren’t necessary because the planks could be installed tight to the wall. Based on that information, we chose to move forward without purchasing moldings.
The installation was scheduled for a specific date and time, but over an hour after they were supposed to arrive, I was notified that the crew’s van had “broken down” and the job needed to be rescheduled. The next day, the crew (led by Chevy, with Dylan assisting at times) showed up. I was told the job would take about a week.
Over the next several days, the crew arrived inconsistently and often late. The quality of work varied, and I noticed they were using my personal supplies (painter’s tape, 5-gallon bucket) and then took those items with them when they left.
When the installation was “done,” Chevy rushed me through a walkthrough, had me sign off quickly, and left through the basement doors. I realized afterward that my furniture was not put back as promised and that the workmanship was sloppy in multiple areas. I also found a ceiling tile removed and placed aside—later discovering it had been damaged.
I immediately contacted the manager, Jason Griffon. At first, he apologized and sent Zach to examine the issues. Zach was visibly shocked by the poor installation and called Jason from my home to report it. Jason promised to “make it right,” but repeatedly failed to follow up unless we contacted him. My husband also had to get involved due to the lack of response.
Eventually, Dylan was sent to “fix” the job. We were told the company would cover labor, replacement planks, and the damaged ceiling tile, but we would now need to pay for moldings—despite being told they were unnecessary initially. I never received a copy of the contract, even though I asked (and was told they do not provide one to customers).
When the correction work was finally completed, the agreed-upon fixes were not fully done, and one section was completed incorrectly, leaving us short on moldings. We ended up purchasing additional moldings ourselves and finishing the job on our own. Jason also never reimbursed us for the ceiling tile, even after providing the receipt.
This entire process dragged from August to October, requiring constant follow-up, patience, and effort on our part just to receive acceptable work for a job we paid for in good faith.
Would I recommend this company?
Absolutely not. The workmanship, communication, and professionalism were all extremely disappointing. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
